Love The Leader (1.00) reappears at Taunton six days after scoring at Fontwell. This could be a good sign as his in-form trainer Johnny Farrelly has a 37 per cent strike-rate when turning out runners who have won in the previous seven days.

Nicky Henderson boasts a 31 per cent strike-rate at Ludlow and an even better 33 per cent record with debutants at the track. Jillythejet (1.20) starts out for the trainer at the Shropshire course.
