Trishknowsbest looks ready to strike on her third start for trainer Ian Donoghue in the Coors Mares Handicap Hurdle (1.50).

She won twice over hurdles for her previous trainer Patrick Griffin and has made an encouraging start for her new yard. The six-year-old was fourth on New Year's Day, when returning after nearly three months off. It turned into a sprint finish that day, and Trishknowsbest was caught flat-footed once the tempo lifted but stayed on well after the last.
