Course-and-distance winner Krazy Paving escapes a penalty for his commanding victory in a Chelmsford apprentice classified event last Friday.

Callum Hutchinson's 7lb claim plus the opportunity to race from a favourable low draw makes the Olly Murphy-trained sprinter one to bank on in the opening leg (3.10) of the Wolverhampton placepot.

Amazing Amaya and Jeans Maite, bang-in-form sprinters with good draws, are the pair to focus on in leg two (3.40).

Autumn War has thrived for the application of cheekpieces, and can make a bold bid for the hat-trick in leg three (4.10), with the drop back to 1m4f from 1m6f not a concern. Horn Of Plenty should also be included.

The Roger Varian-trained Save A Forest caught the eye on her debut over this course last month when a strong-finishing fifth behind Loving Dream.

Her 14-1 starting price suggested she would come on for that run, and the step up in trip should bring about significant improvement in leg four (4.40).

Precision Storm and Gavi Di Gavi stand out in leg five (5.10), while the Richard Kingscote-ridden Deadly Accurate can take advantage of a stall-three draw in leg six (5.40).
