Many of Tim Easterby's horses have been needing their first run this spring, and Soller Bay looks a prime example.

The lightly raced filly was produced to win the race inside the final furlong on her Redcar reappearance in Class 6 grade, but lack of peak fitness probably caught her out and she was beaten just over half a length into third behind Vindobala and Alba De Tormes.
