One or two from this competitive contest could have qualified for inclusion, but this daughter of Zoffany stood out.

She raced towards the rear of the field for most of the journey and was slow enough to pick up when asked, but from two furlongs out she began to make headway and having had to weave in and out to find of a clear run, she sustained her effort to the line to be beaten less than two lengths.
