After a quiet turf season by his standards, Michael Halford's string have hit autumn form and that certainly bodes well for the Dundalk winter programme.

This three-year-old was smart out of the gates and had to be restrained but raced keenly and also showed a slight tendency to hang in the early to mid-point of the race.
