Pot Committed ghosts in to deny Phantom

The mishap appeared to leave the way clear for The Phantom and he traded at 1.13 to cause a huge upset, but those who rushed in also had their fingers burnt when 20-1 chance Pot Committed rattled home to steal in at the line after trading at 800.
