Pot Committed ghosts in to deny Phantom
>>There was drama in the first race at Musselburgh when 4-7 hotpot Atomix fell at the last when throwing down a big challenge to 66-1 leader The Phantom, and that proved costly for in-running backers of the favourite at a low of 1.17 on Betfair.
The mishap appeared to leave the way clear for The Phantom and he traded at 1.13 to cause a huge upset, but those who rushed in also had their fingers burnt when 20-1 chance Pot Committed rattled home to steal in at the line after trading at 800.
