If Davids Charm is sharp enough for his return then he won't be too far away, but he was well beaten on his comeback run last year and could need this.

Gentlemansgame (nap) confirmed himself a top-notch prospect when second in a Grade 1 at the Dublin Racing Festival and he can enhance his reputation with victory here. That is likely to come at the main expense of Grand Paradis while Gabynako is also interesting after getting no further than the first at Cheltenham.

This revolves around the lightly raced five-year-old Gouet Des Bruyeres (nap), who was an easy winner at Wetherby on Thursday. He'll be tough to beat under a 7lb penalty if this run doesn't come too soon. Go As You Please went close at Huntingdon recently and is second choice, ahead of Armattiekan who has also enjoyed a good season.
