Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's six meetings
Tips from Newbury, Ayr, Newton Abbot, Downpatrick, Kempton and Dundalk

Newbury
4.35: Sam Cooke
The lightly raced three-year-old Wandering Rocks has clear potential for 1m4f. However, this may be best left to the two at the top of the weights, with recent 1m6f winner Sam Cooke (nap) perhaps looking a bit more potent than Mahrajaan who registered some serious form again last time out but now has another change in equipment.
Richard Austen
Ayr
3.10: Gale Force Maya
It is difficult to look beyond Gale Force Maya (nap), whose form has gone to a new level of late and she can defy a 3lb penalty for her recent comfortable Listed win at York. My Eyes Adore You found a leap of improvement when a close fourth in a Group 3 at Naas last month and she's second choice on the back of that performance. Pink Crystal has something to find but could be a big improver for William Haggas, and she's next on the list. Recent Listed runner-up Mo Celita and the well-bred Alia Choice could also run well.

Newton Abbot
2.10: Bagheera Ginge
There is a chance that Time Flies By will outclass these but he has to prove he retains much of his ability so Bagheera Ginge (nap) looks a much safer option and is taken to lead home Nicky Henderson's runner. The selection is on an upward curve and may be even better suited by this further step up in distance. Harlem Soul may be good enough to take third spot if avoiding a repeat of his mishap last time.
Keith McHugh
Downpatrick
4.10: Brown Monday
This looks like a good opportunity for Brown Monday (nap) who was unfortunate to be brought down when still in contention last time and that proved that a previous placed effort in a beginners' was no fluke. Sight Nor Seen has each-way claims if he can get back on track over the larger obstacles but Majavango could be the main threat after a promising chase debut when last seen.
Phill Anderson
Kempton
7.15: Mountain Road
Mukha Magic's resurgence may still have some mileage in it and Pons Aelius can't be faulted for consistency. However, this might pan out nicely for another strong late challenge from the lightly raced maiden three-year-old Mountain Road (nap), who was denied by a nose over course and distance last week.
Richard Austen
Dundalk
7.00: Soyounique
Colin Keane remains loyal to recent Roscommon second Soyounique (nap) and the four-time all-weather winner in Britain could prove the one to beat here from a favourable draw. Laytown winner Bringsty, along with Dandyville and Ferrybank could prove the main dangers.
Alan Hewison
