Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's four meetings

Selections from Brighton, Naas, Sandown and Yarmouth

Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Brighton

1.45: Cabeza De Llave

Fair And Square will make them all go but the drop back to 5f can see Cabeza De Llave resume his progress. He went desperately close at Bath off this mark last month and 6f looked too far at Yarmouth last time.
Paul Smith

Naas

4.30: Belardeen

Most of these are well exposed, but not Belardeen who finished well on her handicap debut over C&D and has a good 5lb claimer aboard. She is drawn one alongside one of the most likely dangers, Lion King, who can confirm Curragh form with several of these including Tammany Hall and Stanhope. Born Invincible has an obvious chance on the strength of recent C&D form.
Alan Sweetman

Naps table: daily tipping selections from national newspaper experts

Sandown

6.12: Ikhtiraaq

The Sir Michael Stoute-trained Ikhtiraaq has won in small fields the last twice but there was lots to like about those performances and he can defy a penalty for last Sunday's comfortable success at Pontefract. Laguna Veneta is another 3yo who is firmly on the up and she's second choice ahead of the thriving 4yo Helm Rock. Soft-ground Goodwood winner Ascending is unexposed and can go well if conditions suit.
Ben Hutton

Yarmouth

3.36: Richard P Smith

Aletoile was perhaps flattered to win quite so well here last time and preference is for Richard P Smith on this return to 1m2f. Agent Of Fortune holds no secrets from the handicapper but she also has claims.
Alistair Jones
