Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's four meetings

Tuesday selections from Bangor, Bellewstown, Fontwell and Worcester

Tuesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Bangor

1.45:Imperial Sachin's

Lelantos almost certainly has more to offer and can confirm recent C&D placings with Mr Yeats. However, Imperial Sachin's beat that rival far more easily at Uttoxeter and he can maintain his unbeaten record for Fergal O'Brien. Blakeney Point is another to consider.

Bellewstown

7.15: Golden Sandbanks

Having scored over fences since breaking his hurdling duck at Limerick, Golden Sandbanks looks solid in his hat-trick bid under a rider at the top of his game. Mater Matuta was behind the selection over fences last time but has the leverage of a 9lb lower hurdles mark. Atlas, A Mere Bagatelle and Rossies Tara should run well.

Fontwell

7.00: Belle Jour

A wind operation could see Rubys Reward (second choice) return to form, while Viking Ruby and Robbie Dazzler also have something to recommend them. Belle Jour ran perfectly well when third at Worcester on his return to hurdling last month and the return to Fontwell and step back up in trip can see him win again.
Paul Smith

Worcester

3.30: Sheila Nash

This might well concern two mares in fine form. Dynamic Kate will prove very difficult to beat if repeating last Thursday's Fontwell romp but preference is still for Sheila Nash, who has a more attractive profile and is also very much on the up.
