Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's five meetings
Selections from Epsom, Sedgefield, Wolverhampton, Worcester and Yarmouth

Tuesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Epsom
2.55: Arenas Del Tiempo
Topweight Soto Sizzler is tempting with his reappearance run under his belt, but there may be more to come from the locally trained Arenas Del Tiempo (nap) and she can return to winning ways under Hollie Doyle. Trip, ground and track are all ideal for Simon Dow's upwardly mobile four-year-old. Third choice is Fairmac, the pick of the Johnston runners, although a market move for Ralph Beckett's new recruit Vulcan would be interesting.
Richard O'Brien
Sedgefield
2.10: The Navigator
The wide-margin Wetherby scorer Spiritofthenorth will be a popular choice under the prolific Brian Hughes. However, with Lou Trek also able to front-run, he's unlikely to get a solo and a strongly run race should play right into the hands of the nicely weighted Sedgefield specialist The Navigator (nap). Dianne Sayer's charge burst clear in a Class 2 contest at Musselburgh last month and can make light work of a 6lb rise.
Mark Rowntree
Wolverhampton
5.00: Krystal Maze
The return to Wolverhampton should suit Caribbean Spring, while Street Poet is of interest from the same mark as when winning this last year, but Krystal Maze (nap) made a successful return at Southwell five weeks ago from six months off and with the form boosted she can follow up. Recent Lingfield first and second Bbob Alula and Reformed Character, together with City Wanderer, are others to consider.
David Bellingham
Worcester
6.20: Patient Dream
This can go to former useful Flat-racer Patient Dream (nap), who looks well handicapped if judged on his Wetherby second in November. He can easily be excused his Grade 2 defeat last time. Halifax was just a respectable third on his recent handicap debut but remains open to improvement. Super Duper Sam is much better than he showed at Plumpton last time and is next on the list.
Chris Wilson
Yarmouth
3.40: King Francis
Last year's first and second The City's Phantom and Oh It's Saucepot cross swords once more and Richard Spencer's 5yo is again preferred given his excellent record after a break. He's dangerous, especially if granted an uncontested lead, but the vote goes to King Francis (nap) who was impressive on his stable debut at Kempton and can follow up if handling this different surface.
