Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's five meetings
Selections from Exeter, Fairyhouse, Lingfield, Newcastle and Redcar

Tuesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Exeter
3.25: Martha Brae
She was out of form over fences when we last saw here in the spring but Dan Skelton's new recruit Martha Brae(nap) is very well handicapped for today's return to hurdling and will be hard to beat if she has been reinvigorated by the change of stable. Tashunka ran well in defeat on her latest outing and may provide the main threat but handicap debutantes Davitt Road Glory and Flames Of Passion are open to improvement.
Chris Wilson
Fairyhouse
12.45: Stealthy Tom
First-time blinkers worked well on Stealthy Tom (nap) at Killarney and he can defy an 11lb hike in the ratings. Top Question and Four Country Roads were behind the selection last time but have chances at the revised weights while Cailean's Angel ran well at Galway and looks on a nice mark over fences.
Mark Nunan
Lingfield
2.33: Howzak
Hope Springs did much better on her C&D handicap debut a month ago, when having Arzaak and stablemate Lady Susie behind. She's lightly raced and may well confirm placings but Howzak (nap) is the one to beat under a penalty, having won easily from the front at Chelmsford last Thursday.
Graham Wheldon
Newcastle
5.30: Zenzero
Preference is for David O'Meara's 3yo Zenzero(nap), who made it 2-3 in blinkers when scoring in good style over C&D last Monday and may well be able to strike again under a penalty. Second choice is Aquamas, who had a near miss at Ayr last time and is a big player if she can repeat that form on her AW debut. Others to consider are Hostelry, who was placed behind the selection last week, and Rocket Rod, who showed signs of a revival with his staying-on third here 18 days ago.
David Moon
Redcar
3.40: Balqaa
The lightly raced 3yo Balqaa (nap) stormed home for second in a big field over 7f here on last month's handicap debut and can go one better now back up to 1m. Otto Oyl finished to good effect when sixth in the same race, and he's feared most. There are several others to consider though with Al Erayg, Vocatus, Wots The Wifi Code, Kats Bob, Royal Prospect and Spartakos all arriving on the back of good runs. Vocatus is third choice.
