The presence of representatives from both the Mullins and Elliott camps means that Calicojack could be a bigger price than he should be in the concluding 2m bumper (3.30) at Punchestown.

The five year-old's sole public appearance was 612 days ago when he finished a fine fourth in the €100,000 sales bumper at Fairyhouse. Forge Meadow, now rated 139 over hurdles, won it, the now 140-rated hurdler Morgan was third, while the 127-rated Blairs Cove was three lengths behind Calicojack in fifth. It is rock-solid form.
