Keltus stings backers who rushed in to take the minimum

>>There was drama in the 3m1½f handicap chase at Fontwell when longtime leader Adam De Breteau blundered at the last and tied up badly on the run-in, appearing to leave 13-8 favourite Keltus to score a certain victory.

Keltus went to the front, but soon tired and was caught on the line by Kilfinichen Bay after more than £5,000 had been matched at 1.01 in running on Betfair. The 9-2 winner had touched 44.

>>Day Of Roses landed a gamble later on the card. Jeremy Scott's runner had been as big as 13, but returned 5-1 third-favourite.
