Racing returns to Downpatrick for the first time since the Ulster National meeting in March, and it looks as though Gordon Elliott and Gavin Cromwell will be hard to keep out of the winner's enclosure.

The latter looks to have a good chance in the first division of the Toals-sponsored 2m6f handicap hurdle (3.00) in the shape of topweight Mary Of De Sorrows. A mare who first caught the eye in a Navan maiden hurdle in February, she improved on her third start in handicap company when a decent fifth in a 2m4f contest at Tipperary last month.
