Who's Houdini went into my notebook off the back of an eyecatching run at Tramore in August, and the lightly raced six-year-old can get off the mark at the fifth time of asking in the 3m Dairygold Maiden Hurdle (3.40).

Trained by Shark Hanlon, he improved massively from his first two outings to run on into fourth of 13 over 2m5½f at the Waterford track, coming from a hopeless position under Shane Fenelon.
