There is a subdued opening to a stunning card with a five-runner mares' handicap chase. Gordon Elliott trains the likely favourite Hurricane Georgie but I prefer her stablemate The Sliding Rock.

She has yet to really catch fire over fences, but there was more sign of life last time when she finished three lengths behind Ballyshannon Rose, which represents strong form ahead of this race. Any improvement on that should make her hard to beat and the ground will be fine.
