This eight-year-old has been in fantastic form in the last year and he deserves another win. He has run several excellent races in defeat since the last of his two victories in August 2020 and none better than when third of 20 at Cheltenham last time.

Finisk River kept on well from the rear to finish just six lengths behind the improving winner Art Approval. That was a much stronger Class 3 contest than this Class 4 event and the form has already been franked by subsequent wins for the fourth and seventh.
