Charli Parcs was an eyecatcher when last seen finishing sixth of 17 in the €100,000 2m handicap hurdle at Listowel last month, and with his sights lowered he can land the 2m4½f Punchestown Festival Deals Handicap Hurdle.
Formerly trained by Nicky Henderson, the nine-year-old finished sixth in the 2017 Triumph Hurdle and was fourth in a Scottish Champion Hurdle. For all he had plenty of ability, he also had his quirks and he joined the Aidan Howard yard after an unsuccessful spell at Seven Barrows.
