The Punt Acca: Owen Goulding's three horse racing tips at Leopardstown on Sunday

Three horses to include in a treble on Sunday . . .

Mighty Potter (1.40 Leopardstown)

A Grade 1-winning hurdler last season, Mighty Potter has looked even better over fences, building on a debut win at Down Royal with further Grade 1 glory at Fairyhouse in December. He readily dismissed Gaillard Du Mesnil on that occasion and there is no reason to believe that he will reverse the placings over just one furlong further here.

High Definition (3.40 Leopardstown)

Facile Vega has not pulled up trees this season and it is worth taking him on with High Definition, who may have too much speed for him. Rated 119 at his peak on the Flat, he jumped well enough when making a winning hurdling debut at Leopardstown on Boxing Day. He can only improve from that promising introduction and if they give him free reign out in front, he is likely to be very tough to catch.

Gaelic Warrior (4.10 Leopardstown)

He is a very short price for such a competitive handicap, but Gaelic Warrior should have too much class for this field.  We have learned little about last season's Fred Winter second in two wins this term, but his Racing Post Ratings suggest he would not be out of place at Graded level. Off a mark of 143, he should be tough to beat with loftier targets surely in mind.
