Italian Riviera has improved for Kenneth Slack 1.00 Catterick

This seven-year-old landed a 2m2f handicap hurdle at Limerick in July when trained in Ireland, but has shown improved form since joining Slack's stable and is bidding for a hat-trick for the yard.

Italian Riviera held on well to land a 2m2f novice handicap hurdle at Kelso by a neck on his debut for the stable last month and the form is strong. The second is now rated 10lb higher having recorded a subsequent win and the third finished second at Leicester on Sunday. The first four pulled well clear.
