1pt win at 16-1 generallyWings Of The Rock was very highly tried by Scott Dixon last season following her Nottingham maiden win, but the one time she ran on a downhill track she finished fourth to Havana Grey and Invincible Army in what looked a strong Group 3 Molecomb at Goodwood.
She was beaten just over six lengths, but that earned her a mark of 86 and following some poor runs afterwards she dropped to 76 and moved to Karl Burke.
Her return came in only a four-runner heat at Goodwood, but it was an excellent effort all the same as she was second to the huge improver Savalas (up a stone since) and well clear of the third.
