All eyes will be on the Aidan O'Brien-trained Johannes Vermeer in the Caulfield Cup (6.30) on Saturday morning after his excellent Australian debut over 1m2f last week.

The step up to a mile and half won't be a problem, he goes on any ground and he did really well to finish as close as he did to Gailo Chop given he was held up off a slow pace.
