Bounty could be waiting for O'Callaghan followers at Navan

Michael O'Callaghan lost his stable jockey this week when Kieren Fallon announced his retirement, but the talented 27-year-old can end the week on a high as he looks to have leading claims at Navan this evening with both Giselle's Charm and Mr Bounty, who are at very different stages of their careers.

Giselle's Charm is only starting off in life and is still finding her way. The Casamento filly was not knocked about on her debut at Cork and took the anticipated step forward (well backed) at Fairyhouse when only gunned down late by a newcomer from the Ger Lyons stable who was the subject of strong support.

She was in front and still travelling strongly two furlongs out at Fairyhouse only to succumb to Brooklyn's Rose close home. Dropping back in trip for today's 5f maiden (6.40) looks a shrewd move by O'Callaghan and she is strongly fancied to account for Glenamoy Lad, who has the best piece of form on offer having been beaten less than six lengths in the Railway Stakes where he posted an RPR of 90.
