Despite seemingly being second string to stablemate More Of That, Taquin Du Seuil is more than capable of playing a major role in this contest at a track where he has a fine record.

Three seasons ago he won a novice chase at this meeting and returned later in the campaign to land the JLT at the festival. The world looked at his feet, but a miserable 2014-15 ended with him picking up an injury in the Ryanair Chase. Out for nearly a year, he managed only three runs last season, following up a reappearance win with a decent effort in the Ryanair.
