Views on syndicates and the yearling market also on the agenda
Alex Elliott drops into the Racing Post offices
This Bloodstock Postcast was first published in August 2018
Bloodstock agent Alex Elliott joined us in the Racing Post offices on Tuesday to take part in a Postcast about buying classy horses, the coming yearling sales and wider industry issues.
Elliott tells us how he got into the business and then bought brilliant hurdler Supasundae and Flat talents Pleaseletmewin and Mount Moriah, and how he convinces clients to entrust their money to him.
We also get his advice for budding young agents, views on syndication and a note of caution ahead of the auction season.
