The Tattersalls Cheltenham autumn sales season kicks off with the November Sale staged after racing on the Friday of the November meeting next week.

A total of 40 lots have been catalogued so far, with further wildcard entries to be supplemented following the weekend's point-to-points.

The sale on November 11 includes 22 winning and placed four-year-old point-to-pointers and 13 winning and placed five-year-old point-to-pointers.

Also included are four winning and placed bumper horses, and a winning three-year-old Flat novice maiden winner. The catalogue and lot race replays can be viewed online.

No fewer than 23 stallion with horses catalogued have already sired Grade or Group 1 winners, including Al Namix, Califet, Coastal Path, Court Cave, Fame And Glory, Flemensfirth, Getaway, Great Pretender, Jet Away, Kapgarde, Mahler, Martaline, Mount Nelson, Policy Maker, Sholokhov, Spanish Moon, Walk In The Park and Workforce.

Inspections for the sale will be open from 2pm the day before the auction, with the sale scheduled to commence at 4.45pm. It will take place in the Tattersalls Cheltenham sales ring, with horses stabled and available for inspection in the Charles Turner Yard.

Following on from last season's success on the track, Tattersalls Cheltenham Sales graduates have hit the ground running this season.

Only on Saturday Bravesmangame ran out a very good winner of the Grade 2 Charlie Hall Chase at Wetherby. The Tattersalls Cheltenham graduate was purchased for £325,000 by his trainer Paul Nicholls and agent Tom Malone at the 2019 Festival Sale from Donnchadh Doyle’s Monbeg Stables.

Tattersalls Live Internet Bidding will be available for those who are unable to attend the sale in person.

The catalogue can be viewed here.
