Goodwood winner Rocchigiani added to Arqana Arc Sale catalogue
Rocchigiani, who won the Group 3 Thoroughbred Stakes at Glorious Goodwood for his German connections, is one of three new wildcards announced for Arqana's Arc Sale on October 1.
The son of Time Test, out of Listed winner Ronja, is a half-brother to Listed scorer and Group-placed Ross and was also runner-up in the German Guineas this season.
Other additions were the winner of the Prix La Force, Mister Saint Paul, who will be offered by Etienne and Gregoire Leenders and Mickael Seror's promising youngster Jimmy Du Seuil, a three-year-old AQPS gelding by Galiway who is a half-brother to this year’s Fairyhouse Grade 2 winner Iberique Du Seuil, from the family of the top-class Defi Du Seuil.
Seven other wildcards were announced earlier in the week, such as Listed winner Rozgar and Prix du Conseil de Paris runner-up Mr De Pourceaugnac.
Recent Marseille Listed scorer Enola, further stakes performers Perle Rouge and Souzak, the promising Ectot filly Sirius and useful National Hunt prospect Excello were the others to take up the catalogue to 37 so far, with spaces still available.
