Go behind the scenes at the Irish Stallion Trail with our new digital showcase
Take a tour around the studs of Ireland thanks to ITM and the Racing Post
The ever-popular ITM Irish Stallion Trail is back this Friday and Saturday, with more than 30 stud farms in Ireland throwing open their doors to show off their stallions.
To accompany the two-day national showcase, the Racing Post is proud to partner with ITM to produce an easy to navigate interactive tour, showing the 140 stallions on parade, which you can access here.
As well as biographies on a wide range of Ireland's stud farms from Coolmore to Kildangan, and from Rathbarry to Yeomanstown, there are 2023 stallion details, behind the scenes videos, and a star jury featuring Henry Beeby, Orla McKenna, Anna Ross and David Stack.
They give us their views on trade at the sales, their outlook for 2023, and their opinions on the identity of the most exciting and best value stallions in Ireland.
Whether you are setting out on the trail yourself and planning your route or watching on from afar, we hope you enjoy our tour of some of the greatest stallions and some of the most historic stud farms on Planet Earth.
