Sea The Stars colts, full-brothers to champions Sea Of Class and Sea The Moon, are among the highlights of the Goffs November Foal Sale which takes place from November 14-17.

More than 1,000 foals have been catalogued for the sale which was topped last year by the Frankel half-sister to Sea The Moon, consigned by Newtown Stud on behalf of breeders Gestut Gorlsdorf, and sold to Juddmonte for €550,000.

Once more the Grassick family's farm will consign the Sea The Stars full-brother to Deutsches Derby winner and Lanwades sire Sea The Moon (lot 628) whose pedigree received a further boost this year with the Listed success of his three-year-old full-sister Sea The Sky. Another full-sister, the unraced Sea The Sun, is the dam of this season's Listed Abingdon Stakes second Golden Lyra.

Reddy and Linda Coffey's Oak Lodge and Springfield House Stud consign the full-brother (766) to the brilliant Irish Oaks and Yorkshire Oaks winner Sea Of Class who was an agonisingly close second to Enable in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.

The same farm offers a homebred Earthlight three-parts brother (629) to Blue Point, the son of Shamardal who is the only horse to win two Group 1 sprints at the same Royal Ascot meeting. They are both closely related to the Group 2 Railway Stakes winner Formosina, by Footstepsinthesand.

From Boherguy Stud comes a Teofilo (768) three-parts sister to European champion two-year-old, 2,000 Guineas and St James's Palace Stakes winner Dawn Approach and the Group 2 Futurity Stakes winner Herald The Dawn. The filly is also a three-parts sister to Group 3 Somerville Tattersalls Stakes winner and Dewhurst third Sanus Per Aquam.

The exciting juvenile colt Arrest was one of a trio of Frankel foals to top the 2020 Goffs November Foal sale when making €440,000 to Juddmonte from breeders Swordlestown Little Stud.

Mariann Klay and Des Leadon send a Wootton Bassett half-brother to the Classic hopeful (591) to this year's sale. He is also a half-brother to Hong Kong Group 3 winner and Group 1-placed Dinozzo and to the Listed Rous Stakes third Spring Loaded. Their dam Nisriyna has a perfect record with six winners from six runners so far.

Airlie Stud's homebred Kingman half-brother to Group 1 Moyglare Stud Stakes winner Skitter Scatter (727) has a stallion's pedigree. He is also a half-brother to this season's Listed Denford Stakes winner and Group 2 Superlative Stakes second Victory Dance by Dubawi.

Their More Than Ready half-sister Data Dependent is the dam of Justify's Group 3 Flame Of Tara Stakes winner Aspen Grove. Their dam Dane Street is a Street Cry half-sister to Dewhurst winner Intense Focus and the family is that of Soldier Of Fortune and Sholokhov.

The sire power in this year's catalogue is headed by the final crop of the exceptional Galileo with leading Group 1 sires including Dark Angel, Invincible Spirit, Lope De Vega, Night Of Thunder, No Nay Never, Oasis Dream, Showcasing, Siyouni and Teofilo among those represented.

Eclipse and Juddmonte International winner Ghaiyyath, who topped the Goffs November Foal Sale in 2015 when making €1.1m to Godolphin from the draft of the Castlebridge Consignment has his first foals this year and the journey has come full-circle as he is among the first season sires with progeny in this year's sale.
