Last year’s Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf winner Aunt Pearl has been retired from racing and will be consigned by Elite Sales at Fasig-Tipton’s Night of the Stars on November 9 in Kentucky. She will be part of a consignment that features three other Grade 1 winners.

Aunt Pearl, owned by Michael Dubb, Madaket Stables, Peter Deutsch, Michael Kisber and The Elkstone Group, is a daughter of Lope de Vega unearthed by Elite founders Bradley Weisbord and Liz Crow for 280,000gns at Tattersalls Book 1 in 2019.

She went went undefeated in 2020, also landing the Grade 2 Jessamine Stakes at Keeneland, but only made it to the track once this year.

Also featured in Elite’s Night of the Stars draft is last year’s Frizette Stakes winner Dayoutoftheoffice and Etoile, a five-year-old Grade 1 winning daughter of Siyouni who captured last year's E P Taylor at Woodbine and was not beaten far in the Prix de Diane.

She is set to defend her Woodbine title on October 15 while last year's American Oaks heroine Duopoly completes the top-notch quartet.

“We are honoured that many of the sport’s most successful owners are entrusting Elite to bring their best to the marketplace,” said Weisbord.

“These four Grade 1 winning females, all off the track, should have broad appeal to the world’s leading buyers. We look forward to showcasing them at Fasig-Tipton’s Night of the Stars on November 9 after the Breeders’ Cup.”
