Racing Post Ratings: Steve Mason

Queen Of The Wind(12.55 Market Rasen, nap)

Potentially a fair bit better than her current handicap mark and escapes a penalty for her recent success at Ffos Las.

Topspeed: Dave Edwards

Shining Armor(6.30 Wolverhampton)

Has won his last two starts with authority and can complete his hat-trick off his revised mark.

Longshot: Olly Eden

Townshend (1.25 Market Rasen)

Classy individual for Willie Mullins and having now swapped hands, reverts to hurdles off a 5lb lower mark than fences. Has stamina to prove but was a highly creditable sixth in the Kerry National on unsuitably soft ground last time and the return to a sound surface could make him a player.

Ireland: Tony O'Hehir

Forge Meadow (12.35 Thurles)

A four-time winner over hurdles, including at Grade 2 and Grade 3 level, the Jessica Harrington-trained six-year-old finished third on her chasing debut at Galway last month. She should prove too strong for her rivals with the benefit of that run.

Sea The Stars has a fantastic record with his progeny on Newcastle's Tapeta surface (15-33, 46 per cent strike-rate for a £1 level-stakes profit of £52.78). That strike-rate improves to 50 per cent with three-year-olds (8-16) and Victoria Drummond represents that age-group in the 1m4f handicap at 1.20.
