For a horse who has run his four best races on his last four starts and is trained by Paul Nicholls, Rainy City is a big price to give the weight away.

Some of his form, like a close second giving chunks of weight to the now 131-rated Templeross at Newton Abbot, reads pretty well and he may have found the ground on the tack side for him when third at Sandown in September (runner-up run really well since).
