Paul Nicholls, trainer of Saint Calvados and Hitman
The idea is to go to Ascot with Saint Calvados and then go from there. Hitman runs on Saturday in the Game Spirit, he's also in the Champion Chase and there's also the two-and-a-half miler at Aintree. We haven't decided yet, we'll see how he runs on the weekend.

Dan Skelton, trainer of Shan Blue
He's really good. It was a bitter pill to swallow at Wetherby [when falling in the Charlie Hall] because it's an important race. We've talked endlessly about what route to take and he was a bit sore after his fall. We know he goes well fresh so he's going to go straight for the Ryanair. He's a bigger, stronger horse so will handle the course and he wasn't that far behind when we rode him too aggressively last year.

Nicky Henderson, trainer of Mister Fisher
The Ryanair is the plan but he'll go for the Ascot Chase first. I thought he was very good at Kempton the other day. He'll be busy now but he's in in great form ahead of Ascot.
