Arcanada worth one more chance in smaller field 3.05 Meydan

Tom Dascombe's gelding progressed well in Britain last season and showed a good attitude to hold off useful type Banksea and land an ultra-competitive 17-runner handicap at York's Ebor meeting in August.

Arcanada disappointed when upped to Listed company at Sandown on his final start of the campaign and needs to bounce back from a below-par effort over 7f on his return from more than three months off here last month. But he may have needed that outing over a trip shorter than his optimum.
