Tom Segal thinks a potential improver can beat hot favourite in Southwell finale

Chase The Dollar looked revitalised when winning at Southwell last time and he is the one to beat in the ~Betyourway At Betway Handicap (4.57) back at the same track.

However, it wasn't a great race he won and in the Alan King-trained Catbird Seat, he might be taking on a horse well ahead of the Handicapper.
