Tom Segal provides three bankers in his Warwick Placepot perm

There are at least three Placepot bankers at Warwick, including Onagatheringstorm in the opening maiden hurdle (1.50). He would ideally want a stiffer test of stamina but his second at Uttoxeter is clearly the best form on offer.

The novice hurdle (2.23) is trickier, although Raffle Ticket looked likely to win at Hereford last time before falling under Alex Edwards. The decent Flat handicapper Zuba shaped okay at Stratford last time and could take a huge step forward, so he should be included too.

Hopefully all five will line up in the novice chase (2.55), and it might be worth banking on Eyes Right. The six-year-old jumped well enough on her chase debut at Newbury and gets plenty of weight from the likely favourite One More Fleurie, who carries a penalty.

The most competitive race appears to be the mares' handicap hurdle (3.28). Kimberley ran well at Uttoxeter last time and the ground will play to her strengths. She looks the safest choice but throw in Local Affair too. She is well handicapped on her win at Huntingdon last season and showed signs of a return to form at the track last time.

Course specialist Goodnight Charlie looks the one to beat in the 3m5f chase (4.00), and with only seven in the final leg, the 3m2f handicap hurdle (4.33), it is worth including Ask Henry and Imperial Knight.
