Permutation players prepare yourself. After all remaining tickets bowed out in leg four of the Tote Jackpot at Catterick on Tuesday afternoon, a huge nine-day £220,433 rollover is set to be offered up this evening at Kempton.

Pools are now open for punters to try to hit the valuable prize, which requires you to pick the first six winners on the card that begins at 4pm.

Tote spokesperson Matt Mower said: "With customers now able to play the Tote Jackpot from as little as 50p with a minimum stake per line of just a penny at tote.co.uk, it provides a great opportunity for racing fans to land a big dividend from small stakes."

Landing the six-figure sum won't be easy as the first four races are juvenile contests with little form on the ground. For a pointer on who to select, I have delved into each Jackpot race in an attempt to mark your card.

The form offered up by thrice-raced pair of Touchwood and Mutahamisa in the opening 7f novice event (4.00) looks well up to scratch for the quality of race, and one of them is expected to put their experience to good use and get us off to a flying start.

A mile novice (4.30) follows and it's wise to play safe with a whole host of intriguing newcomers in the line-up. The beautifully bred Qurtajana and Intello colt King Of Clubs are taken, while Bill Peyto also makes the perm after a promising debut second.

Kempton card

Juvenile contests continue to dominate the early part of the Kempton card and a scattergun approach is used in leg three (5.05). A $370,000 yearling purchase by Triple Crown winner American Pharoah, Beating All is selected on his first career outing. Foxes Tales, a half-brother to Fox Chairman, and Archipenko filly A Legacy complete the trio.

You will certainly have to work for the prize as the following mile nursery (5.35) is extremely tricky to dissect. Saratoga Gold, a recent Lingfield scorer who appears on a steep upward curve, and recent course-and-distance winner Marsabit are chosen, though it's not difficult to create an angle for all 11 runners.

With a host of selections chosen in the first four races it looks wise to bank on Fantasy Believer in the penultimate 0-85 handicap (6.05). This dual course-and-distance winner should relish the drop back in trip after failing to stay over 1m2f at Lingfield when last seen.

James Doyle can complete a late double aboard Tipperary Jack, another dual course winner, in the closing handicap (6.35). Trouble in running is common in big-field 7f sprints, though, so I'd also include the well-handicapped Maysong.
