A Listed winner over the minimum trip at Naas at the back-end last season, All The King's Men didn't exactly enhance his reputation in his next three runs. However, there was encouragement to take from his latest effort at Leopardstown and he ought to go close in the 7f rated contest (2.20) at Limerick.
It's hard to gloss over the fact that All The King's Men beat only two horses in three starts after that Listed success, but there's reason to believe he's turned a corner after finding progressive handicapper Basic Law, who franked the form when winning on Derby weekend at the Curragh, too good.
