It is hard to be confident about a six-year-old who has won only two of her 44 starts and is winless since January of 2020, but Red Cymbal looks poised to end his drought in the second division of the 6f handicap at Dundalk.

Since returning from a summer break last month, Red Cymbal has looked a reformed character. He went evens in running when just touched off over this course and distance on the second day of September, and his Bellewstown third, against much higher-rated rivals, earned him an RPR of 66.
