BANKER

Sauchiehall Street(5.45 Chelmsford)

Gelding this two-year-old son of Mastercraftsman looks to have done the trick and he got off the mark with a blistering late burst from the back of the pack at Kempton on Tuesday and can follow up quickly in this 1m2f contest. The step up in trip looks to be in his favour given that effort and a 6lb penalty certainly won't hold him back.

EYECATCHER

Mach One(8.15 Chelmsford)

Following most of these horses wouldn't be a wise decision in the long run, but this unexposed three-year-old looks worthy of support on the back of a promising run at the start of the month and could well follow up in the near future if scoring here. Stepped up to 1m2f on his second start for Archie Watson, he did best of those to race prominently by finishing third and he's able to compete of the same mark here. The drop back in trip isn't exactly ideal but he's ahead of the handicapper and will probably be the subject of support.
