The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with two to follow on Thursday
BANKER
Musical Slave (12.10 Market Rasen)
Philip Hobbs and JP McManus won this race last year with the short-priced favourite No Comment and they look like having a gilt-edged chance of winning it again with Musical Slave. Partnered by Barry Geraghty, this four-year-old is highly regarded at home and finished sixth of 23 in a valuable Punchestown bumper on debut. He's likely to have developed a lot since that run and looks a good bet.
EYECATCHER
British Art(1.50 Newcastle)
This five-year-old showed virtually nothing after moving to Ireland from Paul Cole's yard at the start of 2015, but suddenly came back to life when romping home in a course-and-distance handicap when fitted with a first time visor two starts ago. He was heavily punted that day and ridden by Kevin Stott, who is aboard again, he put his rivals to the sword a long way out. He ran respectably at Dundalk last time out in a better race and will go close here.
