The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with two to follow on Saturday
BANKER
Theglasgowwarrior (6.15 Wolverhampton)
Jim Goldie’s four-year-old has been in fine form this winter and is dropped down to Class 5 company despite running well to finish third in a better race last time out. This looks a prime opportunity for him to get his head back in front and, provided he’s not too keen in the early stages, he should be too good for his rivals.
EACH-WAY PLAY
Silsol(3.35 Uttoxeter)
Despite carrying topweight, Silsol can run a big race at a double-figure price for Paul Nicholls, whose team will be on a high having won two of the last three races at the Cheltenham festival. The nine-year-old has never run over such a stamina test as this 4m2f contest, but he was staying on well over 3m5f in the Welsh National in January and has had a relatively light season. He was punted before the off when unseating Noel Fehily at the first last time out, but he's generally a good jumper and can go close.
