A second wind operation in December looks to have done the trick and he can continue to rise up the ranks.

Epsom clearly didn't suit Broome's workmanlike style and he changed his legs numerous times in the final furlong. Despite that, he still managed to finish a close-up fourth behind reopposing duo of Anthony Van Dyck and Madhmoon and I'd expect him to go close in his bid to turn the form around on this more conventional track. He is certainly the value bet in the Irish Derby.
