The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with one to follow on Thursday
BANKER
Ruth Carr's five-year-old sprinter has been an eyecatcher on his last two starts, running well in big-field handicaps to take fifth and seventh respectively, and should now be ready to get back into the winner's enclosure off his lowly mark of 50. Cupid's Arrow, who will love the ground conditions having raced on an unfavoured good to firm surface on his last couple of outings, was only beaten four lengths at Thirsk last time out despite racing by himself over the far side and given he likes to come late and fast, those were far from ideal circumstances. He should get a nice tow into the race today and given his form figures on soft are 313561, it's hard not to imagine him going close.
