The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tips on Sunday afternoon

BANKER

Faustinovick(12.45 Carlisle)

One of my five jumps horses to follow this season, Faustinovick is a scopey five-year-old who has finished runner-up on both starts to date but is sure to improve now sent hurdling. Before he moved to trainer Colin Tizzard, Faustinovick finished an encouraging second on his sole point start behind Andy Dufresne, an unbeaten and highly regarded horse now with Gordon Elliott. Faustinovick was subsequently sold for £170,000 to his current connections and really caught the eye when second on his rules debut to McFabulous (won a Grade 2 on his next outing) in a competitive Newbury bumper that has produced plenty of winners since. He looks a 3m chaser in time but should have far too much class for these.

IRISH ANGLE

Mother Vincent(2.35 Naas)

When Jim Bolger's three-year-old handicappers get on a roll it is worth keeping them on side and this daughter of Vocalised could have hardly been more impressive on her last two outings in big-field handicaps. Named after Bolger's great grandaunt, Mother Vincent has an 8lb penalty to deal with today but should appreciate the step up to 1m2f and is certainly not done winning just yet.
