The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tips on Saturday afternoon

EYECATCHER

Dingo Dollar (3.15 Doncaster)

Relatively lightly raced eight-year-old who has been targeted at this race, much like he was last year when hold-up tactics didn't suit and he ended up disappointing as the well-backed 3-1 jolly. Dingo Dollar is winless in four starts since then but has caught the eye in two runs this season, finishing third and fifth in a couple of high-class handicap chases, and is sure to go well from the front once again. He is a course-and-distance winner, so that's not an issue, and is running off a 2lb lower mark than 12 months ago.

DARK HORSE

Champagne Court(1.15 Cheltenham)

This handicap chase has been won by some useful types in the last ten years, including the likes of The Giant Bolster (2011) and Mister Whitaker (2018), and Champagne Court can add his name to the roll of honour for trainer Jeremy Scott. This seven-year-old has long threatened to win a decent race and caught the eye when a cracking fifth behind the well-handicapped Early Doors in the Martin Pipe at the Cheltenham Festival last March. He is starting to come into his own over fences now, though, and won decisively at Sandown and Plumpton on his last two starts. He has had a break since, a tongue-tie is fitted and I can't see him finishing out of the frame at a near double-figure price.
