Talented seven-year-old who has been lightly raced in his career to date and was initially said to be targeted at the Pertemps Final at the Cheltenham Festival, but appears to have been re-routed. Would have been an interesting runner in that event but instead comes here and should appreciate the testing ground and 3m½f trip. Geordie B boasted some very good novice hurdle form last campaign, beating the likes of Samburu Shujaa and Tidal Flow, and was far from disgraced when a staying-on fourth behind Diablo De Rouhet on his return. Would have come on bundles for that and could prove a cut above.
