The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tips on Saturday
EACH-WAY PLAY
Fitness is crucial in these early season big-field handicaps and Harriet Graham's charge has just that after starting his campaign in fine style with a length victory over an inadequate trip at Kelso last month. He stayed on powerfully to fend off all three rivals in that handicap hurdle but should improve leaps and bounds for the step back up to 3m and ran well on his only start at this track when sixth of 14 in November last year. He's very consistent, the booking of Richard Johnson (rode last time) is a plus and he should have no problems with conditions.
IRISH ANGLE
Inscribe (4.50 Leopardstown)
Ger Lyons took this race last year with Mawaany and looks to have a good chance of going back to back with Inscribe, who will much prefer this trip and a return to soft ground after a recent spin at Dundalk over 1m2½f. He was sent off 20-1 that day and never featured, but he stayed on eyecatchingly from the rear of the field to take sixth close to home. He races off the same mark of 87, 3lb lower than his last win, and represents connections in top form.
